One of the best parts of being quarantined at home, was having church at home. Usually it is pretty simple for just two of us. (Or even when one friend comes, then pretty simple for three.) But, it was amazing to have church together with the Petes, the Simms, and the Andersons. It was complete with music, the Sacrament, and talks. It was great to have all of the priesthood holders, for the Sacrament. And of course it gave us the opportunity to take some family photos.
I just titled this post "Cousin Time". It was amazing to have cousins here together, that don't see each other very often. It was games, puzzles, coloring, eating, swimming, wiggle cars, etc. My favorite photo was Luke with the water gun 😀 And we recreated a photo of Annie and Savie. Savie was the champ on the wiggle cars. She got some extra practice in, one evening by herself. These first two pics are what some of the meal times looked like. (I couldn't decide which pic to share- somebody looks funny in each one.)
Andersons purchased a boat, a tube, and life jackets! I had to go grab pics from the girls for this post, because I didn't go on any of the boat outings. But you can tell from the pics that everyone had a great time. Not only riding in the boat and the tube, but jumping off of a cliff. (no pics of that). Enjoy... you will be smiling at these photos. 😀
The Simms were here with us for most of July. They decided that it was more fun to be quarantined at our house instead of theirs- lol. They stayed with us, but having them here meant they got to spend time with the Andersons and the Petes too. Instead of doing one big, giant, photo overload post... I will do several smaller ones. The first one will be some pics from the 4th of July, at the Andersons. Followed by boat/lake adventures, pool time, at-home-church, and a double birthday party. It was a fun month. (I gathered up photos from Annie, Audrey, Ashley, and my own.)
Here are the 4th of July photos- One of the activities was face painting. Daniel's sister and her family were also there. Lots of food! Ron and I didn't stay for fireworks... we came home after dinner.
