My favorite flower, ever since I was a child, is the snap dragon. Martha and Rueben had those in their yard, and they showed me how to squeeze them to "open them up" like a dragon mouth. A couple of months ago Ron was wanting some new flowers for his flower garden in the front yard. He told me to get something... guess what I got?? 😎 And they are a deep red color. So here are my snap dragon pics especially for Martha and Arika.

Evelyn Gymnastics
Evelyn is also doing well in gymnastics. She placed 4th all around in the Utah state meet and qualified for Regionals on May1 in CA. She has not only made great progress for herself, but she is always positive and helpful for the other girls. The club gave her a full ride scholarship for next year to participate. (The first picture here is from a meet where she placed 3rd.)
Great Pics of Luke at Gymnastics
Audrey shared some great pics of Luke, that someone took at his Gymnastics. They have been super busy traveling to meets for all three boys.
Easter 2026
Easter was very early this year... on the first Sunday of April... and the same weekend as General Conference. (Just an interesting bit of information- Another time that happened was in April 1836. The weekend after the dedication of the Kirkland temple and was the date of the Kirkland temple visits by Heavenly messengers.) Anyway... it was kind of tough to manage Easter and General Conference together. Our stake decided to have a Sunday morning brunch and broadcast at the buildings. I didn't realize until we were there that would be fun for the YM and YW to be together for that activity. It was fun to watch Eli and Noah and their friends. We decided to have dinner Sunday evening at the Andersons and with the Petes. Audrey put together an egg hunt, and I put together a little candy bag game. (Ashley had purchased a large Yatzee set, so there was a fun "large" dice to use for my game.) Hailey made a yummy carrot cake. Everything was pretty simple, but fun. The kids needed some normal fun time together. I also included my Easter decor pics in this post. It is always hard to leave the holiday decorations out "after" the holiday. (So April has been a long month, before my May decor 😂)

Best Lemon Pie Ever
I have been trying some recipes that are specifically for two people. This little lemon pie turned out perfect. When I tried to do the same thing only "full size", it didn't set up... it was like lemon soup with crust. It was supposed to have meringue on top, but I knew that Ron would rather have Cool Whip. So, here is my perfect, naked, lemon pie. lol 😆
Easter at Brown Baby Bird
Easter was super early this year on the first weekend of April. Brown Baby Bird needed to have Easter items out in March. I had a good month of sales at Homestead Handcrafts and a couple of Etsy sales.
Fun Pics of Eli
Eli celebrated a birthday in March and he has been super busy with gymnastics. The first pictures were at the same meet... but some years in between. He qualified for state, regionals, and nationals. His family birthday party wasn't much, but at least there were candles and singing. The candles were the ones that keep relighting. It was fun to Luke's face during the candle blowing and singing. 😀😝Notice it was candles in brownies 😉

Funny Places for Cats
I gathered up a few cat pics 😉 Sometimes they are sitting/sleeping in funny places. Especially Gracie... on the chip bags and on my sewing table with the lions.
