June 4-7 Justin's Wedding

Ron and I flew to Denver for Justin's wedding. We left on Wednesday and Alison and Evelyn arrived on Thursday to stay with mom. We stayed with Gary and Quin. We helped with the rehearsal dinner on Thursday evening. The wedding was on Friday afternoon. We also went to see MaryAnn- took her out for dinner. Then dropped in on John and Angela. We flew back home on Saturday.

May 29-31 The Silver Hanger

I drove to Katy and worked at the store...this was the last weekend that the store was open. Dary, Maria, and Dani helped me. We boxed up some dresses and packed up some items. I took dresses to the Prom Closet, as donations. We didn't have very many customers. I drove back home late on Saturday night.

May 23-28 My Cousin Dan

My cousin, Dan, came to stay to with mom while we were gone to California. 

It was a great weekend for her, to have him here.

May 22-27 California

Ron and I flew out to CA for the weekend. Jared's baptism was on Saturday. Mike, Carrie, and the boys also came to Santa Barbara on Saturday. We had a birthday party for Jared and Nicholas, then the baptism in the afternoon. Dinner out at a Mexican restaurant in Santa Barbara. On Sunday evening we drove to Redondo Beach to stay with Nicholas and Ryan, while Mike and Carrie went to a race on Monday morning. Monday afternoon we went to Redondo beach and a seafood restaurant. Carrie took us to the airport on May 27 to fly back home.

April 22 Visit from Gary and Quin

Gary and Quin came to Bandera, to surprise mom. They stayed the rest of that week.

Something Happened....

I haven't been here blogging for the past 6 months. My last post was mid May and now it's Christmas. I haven't decided if life is moving slower and I can't get everything done or what?! Ron claims that I am just doing lots of "different" stuff. I made a comment to him today, that I don't even have little kids to plan for, clean up after, and chase around...and I still didn't get my Christmas cards out before Christmas. I have decided that will be my Christmas day project ;) Anyway...during the next few days, I will also be playing "catch up" again on my blog. The title of each post will be the date of the activity. I want to get this up to date, so that I can print my 2014 blog book. I love having those! Then my number one New Years resolution is to be blogging again on a consistant basis. That is much easier that diet and fitness. haha Although I need to have those resolutions too.
So here goes...zipping through the past 6 months, in Bandera, Texas.
