June is for the Birds

 I also love my bird collection. I decided that it needed it's own month. 

Beach Decor

 My other May decor was my "beach collection". I love it and I needed to figure out what month it belonged to. - lol 😉😎So May it is and only enough stuff for my kitchen eating area cabinet and wall shelf. 

Ashleys Birthday and Mothers Day

 Ashley's birthday and Mother's Day were just one day apart this year. On Saturday, May 9, Audrey, Ashley, Hailey, and I went out for lunch. On Sunday, was dinner at Andersons. Mother's Day dinner for me and birthday dessert for Ashley. Here are a few pics of both meals and a few pics that Ashley shared online. 

May Day

 I never decorate with "pink", but I discovered that for my May decor. I made a couple of new table runners that are dark turquoise with various shades of "pink" flowers... seemed perfect for May... the month of "Mothers". (then Amazon came through with some pink peonies)

National and Regional Gymnastics

 Eli qualified for a National gymnastics meet and Evelyn qualified for a Regional gymnastics meet. Eli's meet was in Galveston and Evelyn's meet was near Mike and Carrie. (So that was a bonus for Thompsons and Christiansens to spend a few days together.) Here are a few pics that were shared. Eveyln got 4th on the beam, 4th on the vault, and 7th all around.
