Finally some pictures that aren't turkeys or squirrels!!
On Saturday, we decided to walk to downtown Kailua, and do some shopping. Yep, you read that right...shopping- lol. I only bought a couple of small items. Ron bought a box of Macadamia nuts...and an Hawaiian shirt! You will see pics of his shirt on the "Monday post" :) After purchasing those two items, he was all DONE shopping. Anyway...downtown Kailua is a main street right next to the ocean, lined with small shops and restaurants. (Very touristie) We had lunch at Bubba Gumps- again, we got to sit out on a deck, over looking the ocean. (So with walking to town and walking around the shops...it was about 6 miles. My fitbit was happy.) Saturday evening, we had pizza, popcorn, and movies at the condo.
