Christmas 2020

We went to the Andersons for Christmas Eve dinner and traditional "puppet show". Then Christmas morning was  super quiet here. Mostly I worked on fixing Christmas dinner. We invited the Andersons and the Petes to come out Christmas afternoon for dinner and gifts. I didn't want them to worry about making any food- just enjoy Christmas morning, without any cooking assignments. (And Andersons needed to be ready to go on vacation the day after Christmas, no cooking or food assignments for them ;) )

Christmas Eve dinner was Sam's famous prime rib. They also invited the missionaries from their ward. We had dinner. The "Grinch" puppet show and a candy-bar-white-elephant-exchange-game. It was a great evening.

For Christmas dinner, I fixed, ham, sweet potatoes, lettuce wedge salad, green beans, rolls, cranberry salad, cookie trees and ice cream for dessert. We did our family gift exchange and then our gifts for the grandkids.

This would be our last Christmas here in this house. Kind of sad, kind of happy, kind of stressful- lol.
