This post is just my cute decor and my PIE and my WREATH- lol. I kind of forgot how much I love the door wreaths that are just garland wrapped around a foam wreath. I need to make a couple more of those. The only two things that we did that might be considered a "holiday weekend thing" is that we went to Outback to eat (that is Ron's favorite restaurant) and we went to the "Elvis" movie. Although it is pretty sad when a movie and snacks to for two seniors is over $50. 😖 That movie is rather troubling... prime examples of drinking, drugs, sex, pride, and greed... to ruin your life. 😉 In the evening we just did our normal "watch TV thing" while all of the neighbors did fireworks. Those always go late, after we go to bed and leaves a big trash mess in the street and the yard. At least the neighbors are good about cleaning all of that up the next day.

Christiansen Anniversary

 Alison and Micah celebrated a wedding anniversary the end of June. I think Micah and Alison went to a fancy restaurant in Toole for lunch and then they also did a picnic, up Middle Canyon, with Micah's parents and the kids. 

Surfing

Some of these pics are repeats from December and some of them are recent, from when Mike, Carrie, and the boys went to Hawaii. I had fun with the photo editor and the collage program. Looks like they enjoy their surfing lessons. Ryan makes it look super easy- lol.

Busy Kids

I recently got a new computer and I had to get a new photo program... not Picasa. I have been playing around with it all afternoon 😉😫It doesn't do exactly what I would like, but it is better than nothing. I have been gathering up photos from grandkids. They are a "busy lot"- lol. Everything from dogs, raft trips, dance recitals, FSY conferences, and soccer games. Here are my most recent photo collages and some individual pics of everyone's "stuff", in no particular order. And this only the activities that I could find pics of... there are tons more things going on- just no pics. 

Etsy

 Even though I was sick, one of the things I did after we got home from Colorado was to activate my Brown Baby Bird Etsy account. I had been working on it before out trip and I didn't want to activate it and then immediately leave for vacation. I had 60 listings entered there. It was time consuming to enter those and I spent some time adjusting those and making sure that I had the correct information there. One of the things that happened right away when I activated the account was that I received a message telling me that using the term "taggie" and "taggy" was a trademark violation. What a mess. I spent several days scrubbing my listings and my Facebook page of those terms. Then trying to adjust the "labels" used on Etsy. Taking those terms out hurt my chances of my products being found in the Etsy search engine. But there is nothing that I can do about that. The trademark is only good in the USA and not in Canada or Europe. Plus, I was dealing with "covid brain" trying to take care of that - lol 😖 It is yet to be determined if this Etsy thing was a good move for Brown Baby Bird. I am expecting a pretty severe drop in sales everywhere for gift items, because of the general economy and the inflation cost of essential items. Here are a couple of pics of pics. 

The Last Thing

 The last thing we did in Denver was see John, Angela, Enola, Cris, and Jaxon. They came to the motel lobby and visited with us for a little while. I might have been contagious with covid that day, but my symptoms didn't actually show up until Monday. There weren't good places to sit in our room and Ron had been in there all week sick 😉 Anyway... it was good to see them even if only briefly and talk about a few things. Monday was Jaxon's birthday, so they had been at a birthday party for him in Brighton on Sunday afternoon. Their little visit with us was pretty boring for him 😉Here are some pretty good pics. It is rare for us to get pictures of them.
