The same weekend as Evelyn's baptism, Daniel's parents made a quick weekend trip to San Antonio. On Sunday, we attended church with them at the Valley Ranch ward. Daniel was called to be the first counselor in the new bishopric. Daniel and Ashley were both asked to bear their testimonies. After church, Daniel's dad ordained him to be a High Priest. And he was set apart in the bishopric. Later that day, we all dinner together at our house.
